Great property. Modern apartment building with parking garage and elevator. We had the corner unit on the top floor which gave us a great view of Schmachter See from our lathe balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. Unit was nicely appointed and furnished with everything: Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, sauna (!)… Five minute walk to Schmachter See and 10 minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Just watch when crossing the street in front of the apartment. It’s right in the bend of the road and does not give you a full view of the road with speeding cars. Lived the stay and will come again.

Traumhafte Lage am Schmachter See, Wohnung zum 2.Mal gebucht und wieder rund um wohl gefühlt. Der Blick ist unbezahlbar… Tolle Ausstattung und durchdacht, wie bspw.Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer, Akkustaubsauger, um zwischendurch mal durchzusaugen, Waschmaschine… bis hin zur Sauna!

Wir waren viele Jahre nicht mehr auf der Insel und waren positiv überrascht, was in den letzten Jahren alles entstanden ist - unser Apartment hatte eine sehr gute Lage mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über den Schmachter See ! Alles in allem inkl. Gastronomie, der Promenade und dem Strand eine perfekte Zeit.
Die gesamte Buchung mit Abholung der Schlüssel vor Ort hat hervorragend geklappt ! Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder

Wir verbrachten hier eine sehr schöne Woche Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
