About this apartment rental
Exclusive vacation rental with a beautiful terrace!
Welcome to “Villa Bella Rosa” on Rügen! In this historic Italian villa, you’ll be staying with just three other units. With your own gorgeous 100 m² of living space—featuring two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a beautiful terrace—you can expect the highest level of comfort!
Amenities such as exclusive furniture, tableware from the Villeroy & Boch collection, high-quality appliances, and underfloor heating in every room will make your vacation a true pleasure.
The vacation rental in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz features a large living room with a fireplace (wood not included), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate guest restroom, and a magnificent south-facing sun terrace. The two separate bedrooms are furnished with RUF beds, large built-in closets, and TVs. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with two single mattresses; in the second bedroom, the bed has a single, full-length double mattress (1.60 x 2 m).
Modern kitchen appliances—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, and large double refrigerator with two freezer drawers—make it easy for you to prepare your own meals. You can set the dining table with beautiful Villeroy & Boch tableware. And while you enjoy a cup of coffee from the Jura coffee machine (fully automatic) after dinner, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes for you.
There are a total of 3 TVs in the apartment (one in the bedroom and one in the living area); cable TV is available throughout the apartment. In addition, an internet connection is available for free use. Electric blinds provide the living space with pleasant shade in the summer without making it feel gloomy and keep the interior hidden from view at night.
You can access the furnished granite terrace through a large sliding door, which is very convenient and shortens the walk. Enjoying the sun here in the fresh Baltic Sea air, reading a good book in peace, or sitting together with your family is pure relaxation! A cozy beach chair is already waiting for you on the terrace...
A single garage parking space (entrance height approx. 1.95 m) rented for our guests is located about a 1-minute walk away.
Additional amenities:
Villeroy & Boch tableware, Villeroy & Boch dining room furniture, exclusive WK designer couch, Ruf beds, Tempur mattresses, fireplace, underfloor heating, single-car garage; electric sunshades that make the apartment invisible from the outside but are transparent from the inside, allowing for an unobstructed view.

Kleiner als auf dem Bildmaterial suggeriert. Zweites Schlafzimmer sehr eng. Küche abgewohnt. Wasserdruck könnte größer sein.
Beleuchtung zu großen Teilen abgeklemmt

In der Besteckschublade waren Krümmel. Die Thermoskanne der Kaffeemachine war total verkrustet. Im Eisfach befanden sich noch Eiswürfel. ...
