The location is decent and convenient enough. It is a short walk to the Arroios metro station and also nearby several grocery stores. We appreciated the layout & spaciousness of the apartment with the two bedrooms and bathrooms, and the laundry machine in-unit. The unit itself is as advertised from the photos, however it isn't within the cleanest property. Both the property and unit itself could use better cleaning attention. The unit is two flights up a narrow, dimly lit & dusty stairwell. There was a dead cockroach and trash in the stairwell the day we arrived, and none of it was removed or cleaned during the 9 night-length of our stay. The unit itself is fairly clean overall, but the sink and toilet in one of the bathrooms didn't appear fully cleaned for our arrival. I trust this is an easy fix with the appropriate feedback given to the cleaning service. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that we encountered several live cockroaches during our sta

For us, having two bathrooms for 5 people was a must, and it delivered. The house is bright and had all we needed to feel at home. We could even park right outside as it was the weekend. A couple of things to know it that stairs are tight, the stairs light was broken and no lift, so not ideal for older folks or little kids, or a lot of luggage. And the mattress are on the hard side, if you like it it’s great, not everyone’s treat. The communication with the owner was awesome, it is very close to the metro, and we felt at home, so for us it was great!
