Muito confortável, com ar condicionado, máquina de lavar roupas e louça, chuveiro com boa pressão de água, cama excelente e bons travesseiros. WiFi ótimo, televisão grande. Bem confortável e silencioso. Perto do metrô.

New construction
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment was rented to us with a broken shower valve, which was inconvenient and should have been repaired before guests arrived. Additionally, the noise insulation was very poor—we could hear every step from the apartment above, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations.
