L’appartement est très récent et bien équipé. Il y a avait le nécessaire pour deux nuitées et la Clim! 🤩
Le stationnement est aisé en face l’appartement et gratuit!
Le quartier est très cosmopolite et relativement éloigné du cœur de Lisbonne, mais il reste calme et accessible par le métro non loin.
Quelques traces de moisissures dans la salle de bains au niveau de la douche, donnent l’impression d’un entretien sommaire entre chaque occupant.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location was perfect for me, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The balcony was a lovely place to relax, and the air conditioning was a great bonus, especially on warm days. Overall, a comfortable stay that I would definitely recommend!

New construction
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment was rented to us with a broken shower valve, which was inconvenient and should have been repaired before guests arrived. Additionally, the noise insulation was very poor—we could hear every step from the apartment above, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations.
