Location, staff, room.

Nothing.

Clean, spacious studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. They provide a bunch of towels (girls with long hair will understand:), and there are several nice little complimentary touches, such as a bottle of water, a coffee machine with capsules, and some cookies — which were a miracle after a long journey! The AC worked perfectly and was very quiet, so I was able to maintain a comfortable temperature even at night. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher, with all the necessary supplies provided, so you can use them freely. The entrance is gated, so once you’re inside, you feel safe. There is also an elevator. The staff are nice and helpful, and apparently you can even leave your luggage after checkout. I didn’t need to, but it was nice of them to offer. The windows of Apartment 4C face the inner courtyard, so it’s not very comfortable to keep them open — it can be a bit noisy, and the neighbours can see everything you do 😅

Location As a solo female traveller, I felt a little uncomfortable walking back there in the evening. It doesn’t quite have the full-on Martim Moniz vibe (luckily!), and there are some locals/ other tourists around, but personally, I didn’t feel comfortable walking there alone after 9 pm But at the same time, you can easily get to/from the airport or trains station here by metro - so that’s the big plus:)

I liked how clean the units were and also the location was great. It was across the street from a supermarket pingo Doce which had everything. Also, there were restaurants and store all around the area. The train station was steps away from the property and also the bus stop was very close by. The receptionist was super friendly and very informative.

I disliked how there were a couple fighting and when I called the emergency line I didn't get an answer right away.
