Difficulté pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble du fait que les touches du clavier étaient rendues illisibles par le soleil

L'appuntamento e carino ben arredato e pulito mancava qualche accortezza tipo cialde del caffè con qualche bustine di zucchero e una bottiglia nel frigo come accoglienza

Lo scarico del WC del bagno grande che perdeva acqua tutto il tempo facendo rumore da non poter riposare di notte in quanto la parete del bagno confina con l'altra camera con il bagnetto che invece non ha dato problemi

A localização é boa, com boa disposição de mercados, cafés e transporte público. Para quem arrenda carro é complicado estacionar e durante a semana é preciso pagar entre as 9h e as 18h. O apartamento está em boas condições, só precisa de uma boa limpeza e alguma manutenção na pintura. Os chuveiros são ótimos. Nos hospedamos em um grupo com 4 pessoas e foi bastante confortável, acredito que esse é o limite para que a estadia seja boa.

Atenção: o apartamento tem um elevador para acesso ao apartamento. Porém, antes de chegar a ele é preciso subir uma escada com 7 degraus e também há um degrau logo ao abrir a porta. Isso é um ponto de atenção para pessoas bom baixa mobilidade e uma restrição para cadeira de rodas. A máquina de lavar roupas foi trocada durante minha estadia e, por isso, passamos uma semana sem poder lavar roupas dentro do apartamento. Essa máquina de lavar nova faz bastante barulho e também se movimenta bastante, é preciso ter atenção para que ela não saia da tomada ou derrame água no chão.

Have been in this apartment before in 2023 and did not review it at the time. The air con was working really well as we stayed late June till 5th July 2023. The apartment was very presentable then and so we thought we would return for 18 nights for our Christmas break from 18th December 2025 till 5th January 2026. Spacious and as we knew the rough set up. Comfortable bed with lots of linen and toilet rolls upon this arrival. Wifi pretty consistent and no backouts during our stay. Quite decent TV with a variety of satellite Channels. Fairly near to Graça and Avenida Almirante Reis if you are willing to walk a bit. Lots of eateries and cafés. There is a Lidl and Pingo Doce fairly near. Good 10 minute to the nearest Metro/Tube "Arroios" The location suited us and makes a decent base. In 2023 would have given a belated 8/10

Some of the issues have already been raised by other travellers i.e. no instructions how to use the washing machine. Anyway found it on line. The washing machine vibrated a lot whatever spin speed and it was half a load. At one point I thought it would wobble forward and join us as we watched TV. The property already has had a few travellers but looks already unloved. The owner needs to look up at the bathroom ceiling and sort the dangling light with wires on show. Other travellers are allergic to opening windows so there is previous damp/condensation creeping up on the ceiling. No mold but a strong odour upon arrival. We aired it for awhile and it went away. The flat was clean upon arrival and there was a clean odour of recently moped floor. The longer we stayed, the more annoying things started cropping up. I'm not spelling them out. Slight death by email correspondence. It was the same last time. Other properties has a human being to say hello. I did not need it, but other travellers might fumble with codes and directions etc. It's Xmas and above there is another directly above ( A.L.) "Alojamento Local"-Apartment to let for other tourists/travellers. A child kept jumping from his bed and landing hard on his soles of his feet. As loud as a baby elephant. Luckily he got bored after half an hour. Lumpy tired pillows. We took some from the other bedroom. Luckily other times it was quiet when the above apartment was empty. Overall it needs some TLC. some of the outside furniture has seen better days.
