The two tastefully furnished 2-room apartments are each located on the upper floor of the two-story “Residenza Arcobaleno.” From both apartments, you can enjoy an unparalleled view of Lake Maggiore and the Swiss Alps. The property is situated in a quiet and sunny panoramic location on the outskirts of the romantic village of Pino. A corner store is about a five-minute walk away, and the public beach and a good restaurant/pizzeria in a beautiful lakeside setting are about 800 meters away. About 1.5 km away is an attractive beach area with a sunbathing lawn and a children’s playground, a good restaurant, and a windsurfing and kitesurfing school. When you leave the residence, you’ll find yourself just 200 m into the forest, with an extensive network of walking and hiking trails. Here, you can explore the surrounding area on well-marked hiking trails and discover the many facets of Lake Maggiore. Each apartment comes with free Wi-Fi and a private garage.

The approximately 55 m² of living space includes an entryway, a living room with an open fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. From both the living/dining room and the approximately 15 m² balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake, the Brissago Islands, and the Alps. The sea of lights over Brissago and Ascona in the evening is a particularly spectacular sight. This cozy apartment features beautiful sloped wooden ceilings, in-floor heating, and is in excellent condition. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. A travel crib and a high chair are available in the apartment for free use. Should you feel the urge to connect with the rest of the world during your vacation, free Wi-Fi is available.
