The detached 2-family house "Casa Lucertola" is located about 2 km above the lake and the public beach in a very quiet and sunny day full panoramic position with evening sun. A restaurant and the "Il Negozietto" grocery store with a wide selection of regional specialties and free wireless Internet access are within walking distance. Nearby there are beautiful walking and hiking trails as well as a surfing school. The "Casa Lucertola" itself consists of 2 independent living units each with separate entrance, namely one of a 3-room apartment in the 1.
