Small but perfectly formed! A simple but well thought out and comfortable space - perfect for a short stay. It was super clean, nice bedlinen, comfortable bed - ideal for what we needed.

bed was super comfortable,
had everything that you needed for the night supplied
free parking
nice and quiet
within walking distance of places to eat and drink
everything was great but two very minor things were
the smell of the plug in air freshener was a bit intense but we just unplugged it
the fridge was quite loud at night but we just turned it off while we slept

Great place for a short stay on West Mersea - well located and equipped, very clean - nice to get milk in the fridge

Very sweet little property.
Good shower
Host left milk in fridge ,tea ,sugar etc.
The bed was very low .
Might have been nice ,although not a lot of room for a chair in the room .
