Very clean and easy to find, great location with parking, excellent little extras like tea, coffee etc to make you feel welcome, plenty of room in accommodation and in immaculate condition and very comfortable bed and lounge area

We arrived at during a particularly cold spell in May and were pleased to find a warm newly refurbished comfy lodging with welcoming hosts.
Annex is as described on two floors , the small kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and the lounge/diner and bedroom above, which requires a lot of stair work for tired legs. The is no oven or grill so don't expect to cook a banquet.
