단지 전체가 노후화. 특히 진입로 !

직원들이 더할 나위 없이 친절하고 하나라도 더 도움주기 위해 노력해 주는 모습이 고마웠음. 숙소는 최상급 이었고, 물론 알고 예약 한 곳 이지만 아이들과 함께 놀기 좋은 숙소였음. 청소 상태도 좋았고 시설도 좋았다.

크게 생각나는 아쉬운 점은 없었다.

E' un albergo grandissimo in una posizione fantastica che "domina" la vallata. Tutte le parti della struttura sono ben organizzate, funzionali e luminose. Il punto migliore della struttura sono decisamente le camere / appartamenti assolutamente grandissimi e con terrazze ampie e la vista sulla valle e sul parco acquatico.

Lo staff non parla bene l'inglese e le informazioni fornite sono poco accurate. La piscina dell'albergo chiude decisamente troppo presto.

The surrounding mountains and property were very beautiful, very well maintained. The actual apartment was spacious and had very good sound proofing.

No black out curtains (which was a very unhappy surprise with our toddler). Very stingy with providing toilet paper and coffee. Checking in was a very difficult process (they couldn’t find the booking for a very long time and that was super stressful!). Got zero information about anything and had to ask every single thing, and the staff had to look up every answer on the computer first. The front desk even said they couldn’t call us a taxi to the hotel and that we had to walk to the ocean park (ten minutes) to see if we could just find one there. Not an easy task with toddlers and a grandma in the heat. Getting to the hotel was even hard because there are zero signs saying where to go. Our friend’s taxi driver from the train station dropped them off in a completely different building in the park and they had to work very hard to get help getting to the right one (their baby was sleeping in their arms).
