    We went there hoping for tons of snow but didn't get much. It was still super cold and there were still tons of skiers and snowboarders out on the slopes. We enjoyed the resort as most of the food places were in doors and there was a big variety of them. It was nice and romantic for us as a couple since the place was lit up at night.

    The room was spacious for us 4 but I did book a room for 5 because my mom was supposedly going to come with us. I was surprised to see that there was only 1 bed and the rest were thin futtons to be placed on the floor. We all ended up sleeping together on the futtons on the floor bec we didnt want anyone left out. The room had basic kitchen amenities but no microwave. You have to go to the mall near the supermarket if you want to heat up your food. NO aircon was functional because it was winter season but it was ok, we just left the terrace sliding door open a bit.

    No customer service from any of the staff. I emailed them to ask whether they have parking spaces, but they responded with generic information that didn’t really answer my question. They wont allow you to leave your luggages at the lobby and will direct you to use the lockers. The room is okay — nothing fancy. We booked a two-bedroom suite, but one of the rooms didn’t have a bed, only futons. The location is good if you’re there to ski. Hotel guests receive a 20% discount on ski entrance fees. However, it’s still not worth buying tickets on-site, as you can find cheaper options on Klook. There is a small underground mall with many food options. There are also plenty of activities for kids, so I would say this hotel is suitable for families with children.
