    Family of six stayed. Plenty of room and great facilities to keep you entertained if you need a break from skiing. A little walk to the ski slopes about 10min walk if you have kids. Adults can probably be quicker. We ate at the food court which had good variety and easy to order if you are a foreigner. Would recommend to anyone.

    Hotel was great, but it is a little out of the way. They have a shuttle that takes you to the main areas, but it is always packed/full and have to wait for the next bus after getting in line. Not a short walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the ski lift area. Nice hotel as it is quiet, but will stay at a different Sono location that is closer. Another item was the check in process. It was organized, but it took over 40+ mins to get my room keys. Tips: - Have someone in your group go in advance to go to the lobby to pull the ticket. - Park at B2 level as there is a lot of space. - You can park close to the check in lobby while you check in at B1 level.

    Very spacious, easy to navigate inside the resort area. Beautiful view that oversees the ski resort and water park. Not many restaurants in the resort, so if I had to book again I might book a room with kitchen. There’s hotbath and sauna in the clubhouse, so that is a highlight! Love the hospitality overall!

    This area is beautiful, but this hotel is so so for the amount of money they charge. This hotel brand, Sono, has four different types of hotels, so be mindful of which one you book. Anyhow, for the sono felice, it is condo style and it is pretty nice, but the description showed that there were two beds, but there was only one queen. The other room had thick comforters to be used like a mattress; it was not comfortable at all. Had to pay to use the public bath and it was not worth the price. Also so much mold on the ceiling. If they are going to charge, then keep it in great shape. Overall, if you’re going to go skiing/snowboarding for a few days , then I guess this place would be convenient to stay but I don’t think it is worth the money.
