Housekeeper should be included during stay. Point of being on vacation is to not clean.

The location, the size of the apartment and the layout of apartment and view from the balcony, the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and there were very nice larger size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also have some staples and spices in the kitchen, which makes it nice if you want to cook your own meals. You don't have to buy everything. The property manager or at least the one for our condo stopped by to check on us personally, which was also very nice of her and is quick with communication. Overall a great stay and we would stay again. One of the few properties in Mexico that actually look like the pictures you see when you're booking and it was very clean. My comments below are really for the owners and knowing as Airbnb owners ourselves that welcome this kind of feedback from our guests, so we can make necessary improvements!

The coffee table in the living room is a hazard, it is broken, my husband bumped into it once and we discovered that one of the posts are broken and the glass would have broken on his foot if my daughter wouldn't have caught it. the glass edges are also dangerous and that includes the end tables. It is advertised as 2 twin beds in the spare bedroom yet it's 2 twins mattress's together with one king box spring. There was no way to separate them. So FYI to anyone who thinks they're getting two twin beds and you actually need them. There are not two twin beds. We originally were taking a friend of my daughters and we would have definitely needed two beds and would have been upset if we could not have separated the beds. It's the same in the master but there's no topper or cover for it and the seam is very obvious and uncomfortable in the middle. We feel like the mattress needs to be updated or it needs a topper at the very least. The bedding also could use an update as the sheets were rough. We also were unaware that the pool bar would be closed until the day that we left. We were told it was because of weather but actually there is only one bartender who apparently had been sick and had to have 2 negative covid tests before he came back to work and there was no one to replace him. (This is what he told us, and did not have covid, just FYI) The pool area with thel bar was one of the reasons that we chose the property but we were unable to enjoy it because there was no one tending it and mostly because of the weather, which is obviously no one's fault.
