Se encuentra muy cerca de la quinta avenida, cerca de Xcaret y de la Zona de Cenotes, el departamento es muy amplio muy limpio y una atención Increíble por parte de la anfitriona, me faltó tiempo para disfrutar la zona de Albercas, ya que, solo utilice la habitación para dormir, de los 4 días uno lo utilice para visitar un Cenote, el segundo para ir a Xcaret y el tercer día me traslade a Puerto Juares para de ahí trasladarme a Isla Mujeres, un viaje ampliamente recomendable.
Las Playa repletas de Sargazo el olor que desprende es muy desagradable al descomponerse por contar varios días acumulado en la playa.

Location was amazing. Beachfront condo. Pool was nice as well as swim up bar. Easy walk to town. Communication with owner's local representative was easy and timely (although we never met in person, just communicated via text).
Interior of condo is very minimal. Everything worked fine (AC, plumbing, etc.) but it could use some updating (shower, paint, furniture, front door).

Valutazioni positive:
- appartamento ampio e distribuito bene
- vicinanza alle vie dinamiche di Playa del Carmen ma ubicazione defilata da rumori esterni
- servizi interni come piscina, bar esterno, giardino, sdraio inclusi (seppur non usufruiti)
- servizi esterni accessibili a piedi o auto (farmacia, supermercato, negozi vari, traghetti per le isole)
- mare vicinissimo (anche se non accessibile causa presenza quotidiana del sargasso, almeno in estate)
Valutazioni negative:
- appartamento vecchio, probabilmente mai rinnovato e rinfrescato
- tutto l’acciaio e le parti metalliche fortemente arrugginite (come rubinetteria, appendi abiti, montanti porta doccia)
- doccia di un bagno e lavabo dell’altro bagno scaricavano a fatica, emanando poi cattivo odore
- pulizia in generale da rivedere (almeno 10 mosche morte sul pavimento, appena arrivati), cuscini maleodoranti, odore di muffa coperto da deodoranti sparsi, top e piani sporchi o con polvere
