Lokatie en uitzicht. Heerlijke bedden
3de slaapkamer was beneden - beetje lastig met jonge kinderen. We hebben een matras van beneden naar boven meegenomen.

We loved being so close to the beach and my son loved having lots of room to cycle around the complex.
It was also relatively quiet which was great!
The unit is very close to the next door unit. Thankfully it was empty the whole time we were there otherwise it would have lacked privacy and could be quite noisy.

The area feels quite secure, with a security guard gated entrance. The beds were comfortable and the house nicely painted inside to give a holiday feel. Main bedroom and deck has a beautiful view over the trees and hills and even sunset. Kitchen lots of plates and huge cups, enough dishwashing liquid and tea towels. TV area very comfortable and nice to relax with lovely throws. Huge washing machine and dryer. (We didn't use it, but would be handy if you do need it!) Protected car parking under the house. Everybody shows up to watch sunset (and dolphins) from the deck at the beach. Bring your snacks and drinks. The almost private swimming beach even had lifeguards - a big plus! Close to Plett and lovely restaurants. Worth visiting just to admire the scenery and huge old trees.
Checking in: The house was not ready when we arrived (quite late the afternoon).
Checking out: Time was 11am, but at 8 am the cleaner showed up, wanting our bedding and waiting around for us to leave.
The toilet leaks water when you flush, although they said they would come to fix it, nobody showed up.
It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach deck, but unexpectedly uphill.
You live very close to the house next door.
Every move you make upstairs is amplified on the wooden floor - very loud for the kids living in the downstairs room.
No extra toilet paper, small overnight bottles for shower gel and shampoo. No soap for the basin. Bring your own.
No fans or aircon for the heat.
The braai area far away in front of the houses, few broken bricks for the grid and not inviting in any way.

Our expectations was exceed. The Villa definitely felt like a beach house. The Villa was perfectly situated between the beach and the pools at the Resort.
