The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities needed for a great holiday. We loved the quiet and the birdsong in the evening and early mornings.
a Small hickup was the tag to open the boom. It wasn't validated, but we went to the office and it was sorted out quickly.

Property was extremely well maintained and on the perfect place - close to everything so many activities

The furniture was modern and comfortable, and the finishings were smart.
The kitchen is too small, because of the counter, only 1 person can work in the kitchen at a time.
The apartment is very small and compact and does not fit 6 people comfortably. The bedrooms are very small and the bathrooms are tiny (the ensuite shower door opens onto the toilet. You cannot get changed in the bathroom, as it is too small). No bathroom is a full bathroom (ie. no bath in iether of the bathrooms).
The main bedroom is built directly under the patio of the apartment above it, so you hear all the movement and dragging of chairs and washing being hung on rack etc. early morning while you are trying to sleep. You can hear the people walking and their footsteps, so it is hard to rest).
The bedrooms are really hot to sleep in because they are small, cannot sleep with windows open because mosquitos.
The cost was completely overpriced for the size of the apartment. Possible R1000 less per night is more appropriate (I know this because we had just stayed in a Villa at Pinnacle Point Golf Estate and we paid R1000 less per night, and the Villa was much more spacious).
Although there are enough beds and chairs for everyone to sleep and sit on, it is very compact for 6 adults.
No Grocery cupboard or cupboard in the kitchen to pack your things into if you are travelling. We had to use the bedroom wardrobes to pack our cooler bags, and things into. There is a small high cupboard in the kitchen with three small shelves in (although top shelf you cannot reach). More space in the kitchen is needed for guests things that they are travelling with and groceries, as it is a self catering apartment.
There were cobwebs and ants in the main bathroom, and cobwebs and spiders all over the apartment in various places too.
The outside table and chairs and umbrella were full of cobwebs and dust, and grass cuttings.
For the price which we paid per night for the apartment, I would expect better patio furniture, not old plastic table and chairs.
