Fabulous stay in Villa Vista Mare Dunkerque

We stayed as a party of 6, 3 generations of our family plus a friend, for two nights over the New Year. The host Ludivine met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. She was super friendly and very informative, making sure to tell us about the New Years Day swim in the sea which was taking place a short distance from the apartment. The Bain des Givres (Frost Bath) - what a spectacle that was! The apartment was lovely, very cosy and comfortable. The extras that were provided were amazing, water and juice in the fridge, wine and chocolates. There was also a large selection of different teas and coffees, very thoughtful and welcoming. Also there was a cupboard full of board games and so we were able to enjoy a family games night. There's a well stocked Carrefour Extra a short walk away which was useful as we didn't eat out. But there are plenty of restaurants along the seafront. It was our first time visiting Dunkerque and we would definitely love to stay at this property again.

Perfect location and host

Could not have had a better host or welcome. We were met outside the door and helped every step of the way and felt very well looked after. The apartment has everything you needed and every detail of what you may need was thought of and catered for. Great location. No negative comments from us

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location to enjoy the beach

The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the beach. The dedicated parking lot in front is a real bonus (it is off street parking). The amenities are terrific with a washing machine which is useful after a day at the beach. Highly recommended.

The double beds are comfortable but a tad narrow and the bathroom is very small. The room at the back gets quite warm on a hot day. I had a portable travel fan but a fan would be appreciated. The WiFi doesn’t work in the whole apartment- just in the lounge area and the front bedroom. Maybe a repeater would help?

Great apartment.

It was a beautiful apartment. It had everything you need for a holiday or to live there permanently. The beach was so near being viewed out of the kitchen window, literally a few paces. Great base to visit Brugges and Ghent in Belgium.

L’établissement correspondait tout à fait à notre recherche. Idéal pour 4 personnes (2 couples). Tout a permis de rendre le séjour confortable et pratique. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer Ludivine mais les attentions laissées dans le logement ont permis de nous sentir très bien accueillis. Je recommande vivement cet établissement! ⭐️

Vermieter hat sich vorab kurz gemeldet, nach dem ersten Tag gefragt ob alles in Ordnung und auch das Check-out höflich angefragt. alles sehr angenehm - viele Kleinigkeiten auch in der Ausstattung des Appartements, die den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben - merci beaucoup et à bientôt 😉

Wohnung an der Nordsee

Sehr gute Lage 50 m vom Strand. Tolle Grösse für eine Wohnung in Frankreich. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Der Schlüssel wurde bei Ankunft direkt vorbei gebracht. Restaurants am Strand und Bäcker 500 m zu Fuss am Markt.

Im Sommer ist der Strand sehr voll, demnach auch die Strasse von und zum Strand. Bis nachts daher mit Musik und Unterhaltung rechnen. Wasserkocher sollte gereinigt werden.
