Lovely place to stay with great views

This place is great. It was very clean inside and has good amenities. The location is good and the sea views are fantastic. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Check in time at 5pm is a bit too late. It would be better to be earlier (3pm)

Location location LOCATION!!! On the beach on a lively part of the sea front. Great for history buffs. Nice little balcony with sea view.

Master bed has a bed foot board that makes tall people (185cm) sleep very uncomfortable. Basic item are missing or broken: no soap at all in the appartment, no shampoo, no dish washing liquid. Nespresso machine broken. Lacks a lot of attention to details: needs more work to make it a comfortable place to rent out to tourists.

Not what I expected.

The location is excellent and the view is wonderful.

The communication with the admin was not good. I asked information about parking and was ignored. Asked also about a possible check out, never received an answer. The code for the key box was sent at the day of check in, then it changed a few hours later. Instructions for leaving was sent 2h before check out. The apartment is super old and needs renovations that are not shown in the photos on booking.com. Cleaning was 6/10.

Rien nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'en profiy Il nous a été annulé à 16h30 alors que nous étions déjà sur la côte Nous venions car mon mari travaillait à proximité. Nous avions juste le temps de nous installer. Sans m'étaler sur les raisons de notre réservation, il ne nous était pas possible d'attendre car nous avions d'autres contraintes. Nous avons refusé de laisser plus de temps au propriétaire. L'horaire était convenu à 17h et nous étions dans les temps attendant sur le banc en face du logement. Tentative d'appel et sms pour nous assurer du numéro du bâtiment et de l'étage. Nous attendions sagement quand nous avons reçu l'annulation. Nous attendons notre remboursement

Tout Surtout le manque de prévoyance Annuler 30 minutes avant la prose de possession de la location, cavalier !!!! Il y avait sans doute moyen de nous prévenir avant

Séjour les pieds dans l’eau .

La vue sur mer, l’appartement est spacieux pour son prix, bon rapport qualité/prix, la TV avec Netflix (top pour les enfants) et jeux de société à disposition.

Les détails mais qui embêtent quand même pendant le séjour! Pas de draps en suffisance ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants) , nous n’avions pas de draps de lit pour le divan lit, idem pour les draps de bain. Un tapis de douche serait bien également. En cas de grand vent, , ce qui a été notre cas , on sentait le vent entrer dans la chambre. La literie (surtout canapé lit) peu confortable et bruyante à chaque mouvement. Un conseil, peut-être embellir l’entrée de l’immeuble , marquer l’appartement sur sonnette ou autre car au vu de l’état extérieur de l’immeuble nous avons crains une arnaque ! Et finalement, l’appartement était vieillot mais conforme aux photos !

Étant en épuisement, j’ai réussi ce séjour, car je voulais voir la mer et positiver

La situation géographique et la luminosité de l’appartement . Le prix était très abordable

Il ne faut pas être maniaque car malheureusement, l’état de l’immeuble, du mobilier des accessoires était assez médiocre . Plus particulièrement, les communs sont quasi vétustes , malodorants . Du coup le personnel d’entretien ne sait pas faire de « miracle « , si j’ose dire . Tout ceci explique le prix abordable.

Sauberkeit insbesondere an Geräten und Gläsern. Da das Haus und die Wohnung alt ist verstehe ich den Zustand und ich bin an sich auch umgänglich und finde staub oder etwas schmutz am Boden nicht schlimm. Nur in der Kaffeemaschine muss es nicht sein. Und wenn man die Fenster putzt würde es nochmal geiler wirken. Da ich das erwartet habe passt für mich dennoch Preis und Leistung

Super Lage

Sauberkeit--Ausstattung- Dusche. Die vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellten Tücher rochen extrem nach Zigaretten. Rolläden können nicht runtergelassen werden da blockiert. (Man wird aber per postit dorauf hingewiesen anstatt es zu reparieren) Klappsofa ist durch. Doppelbett nur für Personen unter 1,80 da man sonst keinen Platz zum austrecken hatt. Gebäude in einem desolaten Zustand...muss dringend renoviert werden.Parken ziemlich schwierig.

Eigentlich nur die Aussicht

Parkplatz vor der Tür ist nicht erreichbar, wegen Absperrung. Gastgeber nicht erreichbar. Nur automatisch generierte Nachrichten. Toll, wenn man mit 2 Kindern und Gepäck vor dem Appartment steht und nicht rein kann, weil man falschen Code erhalten hat. Jalousie kaputt, somit Bestrahlung mit Außenbeleuchtung in der Nacht. Sofabett ist eine Zumutung. Appartment braucht definitiv eine Renovierung. Kann es so nicht weiterempfehlen

Die Lage direkt am Meer, ist natürlich ein Hauptargument für unsere Buchung gewesen.

Bereits beim Betreten des Treppenhauses fiel der ungepflegte Zustand negativ auf. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung wirkt in die Jahre gekommen und ist eher zusammengewürfelt. Die auf der Buchungsplattform gezeigten Fotos vermitteln ein deutlich ansprechenderes Bild als die Realität. Besonders störend war die ausziehbare Couch, die stark durchgelegen war und bei jeder Bewegung laut knarzte – an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Auch die Kaffeemaschine war in einem hygienisch bedenklichen Zustand: Beim Einschalten kam eine dunkle, unangenehm riechende Flüssigkeit heraus, und das Wasser wurde nicht richtig erhitzt. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft leider nicht unseren Erwartungen und wird dem hohen Preis nicht gerecht.

Le bâtiment délabré mal entretenu ça fait peur en arrivant ! La propreté n'est pas un point fort du tout voir photos Le mobilier ancien et mal entretenu heureusement j'ai pris une nappe, l'humidité des lieux plafond jauni et moisi ds un coin de la cuisine,carrelage cassés tv qui ne fonctionne pas mais je n'avais pas envie de règler des soucis en vacances et perdre du temps en appelant, couette du lit en bouloche!Heureusement nous avions pris notre literie Cendrier sale sur le balcon nous ne fumons pas ,vieux mobiliers en plastique et vitres sales +++ Pas d'accueil, clés ds boitier mais ça ce n'est pas grave 1 étage à monter pas renseigné ! Lorsque vous avez payé vous savez que vous ne pouvez pas vous garer devant l'appartement mais derrière et donc pas évident avec des petits enfants et les bagages. Lors du check out on vous remercie d'avoir laissé l'appartement propre et en état impeccable ben oui ce n'était pas difficile ! Et on vous demande aussi de déposer le badge qui ouvre les plots pour l'accès à la digue mais que nous n'avons jamais eu! On a fait que dormir 2 nuits mais nous n'y retournerons plus En même temps on a payé que 175 euros donc voila Tout à un prix ! Bonne continuation.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Hübsche Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung. Gute Ausstattung. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Heizung im Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten keine Beanstandung.

Casi Perfecto

Tiene todas las comodidades y está full equipado (hasta para cocinar). Está en la avenida principal de la playa (ubicación insuperable). Tiene juegos para grandes y niños. De verdad es un lugar hermoso y cómodo, lo recomendamos como familia.

El baño estaba con un olor muy fuerte y un poco de orina. Lo limpiamos bien, pero el olor persistió durante toda la estadía.
