I loved being on the canal which was a very short walk to the beach. We brought our paddle boards and paddled the canal all the way to the harbor walk. This unit is adequately appointed. We did have quite a bit of bad weather and wished we had brought some games. The unit is a little worn but I feel the value was good. The master room queen mattress was very comfortable. The rental company was accommodating with a significant early arrival without extra fees.

We spent a lot of time in the condo due to daily rain. Overall was a good stay for 2 adults but could get a little crowded if there are more people. GREAT communication with the onsite manager. We were also able to check in early which was a huge benefit since we had cold groceries. Great location you can walk to the beach. The condo was a little dated compared to others but still not bad. Could use a deep cleaning and filter changes based on build up on the ceiling.

Our family of four had a great time and enjoyed the property, ease of access to the pool and quick drive to the beach (we could have walked).
The beach was wonderful and the water color was beyond our expectations. It was very helpful to have a wagon, cooler, chairs and umbrella available so we didn't have to travel with our own.
We'd stay again and recommend for other families.
