Inside, a vast living area flooded with natural light and relaxation awaits. The living area welcomes guests to lounge, while the furnished patio is a focal point for those desiring a view. Feel the warm Florida breeze brush up against your face as you gaze at Destin Harbor's waters. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for making anything from a small snack to an entire meal. The primary bedroom's plush bedding, TV, en suite, and direct access to its own patio ensure satisfaction. Sit comfortably on the swing every evening before heading inside for a serene night's rest.

Things to Know
Guests are provided with free complimentary private beach set up right on the water from March through October. Two chairs and one beach umbrella are set up each day from dawn to dusk for guest use. Spots are guaranteed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
