About this apartment rental
Our condo is a First floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo close to the front gate and is a 3 minute walk to the beach and 30 second walk to the main heated pool with three hot tubs. A three minute walk to the on property restaurant and tennis/pickleball courts.
Includes beach chair service for 2 each day of your stay! (2 chairs and umbrella).
In 2024 Remodeled both Bathrooms, new mattresses in both bedrooms.
We own a coffee shop and our coffee making equipment in the kitchen is high end.
Espresso machine, Espresso Grinder, Coffee Grinder, French press, and excellent coffee maker (not the 20 dollar Mr. Coffee style). Don't be surprised to find some of our excellent coffee in the cupboard when you arrive.
We have 1100 feet of private beach with our own beachside grill and pavilion. On site kayak and SUP rental. We have five swimming pools three hot tubs and six tennis courts. If boating is your thing, we have a boat dock and launch on site (contact us for more details). We have a FREE nine hole par three pitch and putt golf course that winds through the resort. If you love Cajun food we have the Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant on-site at our marina overlooking the Destin harbor. The grounds of the resort are full of palm trees and beautiful tropical plants and shrubs. Parking is right at your front door (no waiting for elevators). Our unit is 30 seconds from the main heated pool and 3 hot tubs with a view of the duck pond from the kitchen and front balcony area. From the back porch you can see the sand dunes and are 3 minutes from the sand. We are also a 2 minute drive and a 15 minute walk to restaurants and stores. We love it here and know you will too.

It was perfect! You get beach towels, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more! We definitely rent this condo again! The host was very helpful!

We loved this place. Communication with Kevin, the owner was great- he called us a few days before we were scheduled to arrive to explain some things and answer any questions. How nice! The whole process was smooth and we enjoyed the beach, pools, and hot tubs. Would love to stay here again!

The condo is not on a canal or pond as the photos show and you have to cross a 4 lane road to get to the beach.
Destin was cold and very busy even in the off season. We left early and went to Indian Rocks Beach.
