Communication was open, had to call to get a different door code, I advised her she had a leak in the bathroom under the toilet tank, the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and there were only 2 tv in the apartment. 1 in the living room and master bedroom. No tv in kids room which I understand there no room do to the bump beds but the other master bedroom there was no tv. We also couldn’t get the wifi password that’s on the stand or on the paper to work. Besides that location was good, the water was hot and AC works. Little noise in the building at times from neighbors but it was not to crazy.
