Condo is pet friendly - A dog under 45 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
This 2-bedroom 2 bathroom is the perfect place to stay to please the whole family. Located on stilts, this is not a ground floor unit and there is no elevator access. This unit does have ring doorbell by the front door, so the owner will have video/sound recording on during your stay.
This spacious 2 bedroom offers a large open living room with plenty of plush and comfortable seating for your group of 6. The living room features a large flat screen TV and access to the large private balcony that overlooks Sandpiper Cove. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has ample counter space to cook up a feast before heading downstairs to enjoy the various complex amenities. The kitchen features all full-sized appliances and small appliances like a coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you could need, so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything from home.
The condo has its own private wash machine and dryer, so you don’t have to worry about coin laundry.
The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has combination tub/shower.
The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and access to the private balcony. The adjoining Master Bathroom has a shower.
Complimentary seasonal beach service included, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.

Our family had a great getaway. We enjoyed being by the pickleball courts and the close walk to the beach.

We stayed for about a week for Christmas. The place was great! Can't beat the location, especially to the restaurant. Bed was comfortable, place was clean and mostly what we expected.Few small things like a broken coat hook, sofa was uncomfortable (but what sleeper-sofa isn't), and a blind was missing from the dining room door. The blind was only an issue at night when the pickleball court lights would shine in. Other than that we loved it! We'll likely stay here on our next trip to Destin

Our family really enjoyed this condo! My kids are 8 & 10 and loved playing pickle ball every evening while we watched from the balcony. The only set back was that the pool closest to our room was closed for 2 days of our stay, but we did find another pool on property to enjoy. One night we stayed extra long at the beach and loved being able to walk down to the restaurant at 9 and eat a delicious meal! We loved our stay and so did our dog! Plenty of space to walk him around and lots of sniffing to get his energy out! Great place to spend a few days away at the beach!

Our fourth stay at four different properties at Sandpiper Cove and this was best by far! Beautiful property with comfy yet elegant decor and the beach umbrella/chair set up included is worth at least $30 per day. We used it each day. Sandpiper is so convenient. Pack up your vehicle, drive across the street, through the gate to the beach access and you’re on the beach all day.
The property is next to one of the area’s finest restaurants The Louisiana Lagniappe! I mean this restaurant is inside the sandpiper gates. We walked there in maybe one minute! 😂
Very convenient to walk dogs or yourself, throughout the Destin Harbor. Love to go into harbor neighborhoods and look at the mansions while jogging…without all the traffic you have outside the harbor. Our dog loves sandpiper and particularly this property. We played pickle ball directly in front of the unit and Ted our dog, watched from the deck!
There were NO issues at all. Good hot water, air conditioning and plenty of kitchen stuff with which to cook and prepare meals. Place was clean, everything worked AND property management rep texted us regularly to ask how the stay was going.
The property included pickleball, beach shovels and buckets for little ones and even a putter, wedge and golf balls for the property’s par three golf course. They really thought of everything AND they were one of the most reasonably priced in the area. The owners are definitely doing this right.
