About this apartment rental
This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo is NON smoking and not even allowed outside on the balcony or outside by front door. So if you are a smoker this condo is not for you. This unit is located at the entrance with a partial Gulf view and a very short walk to the beach. The unit is recently updated with new furniture, granite counter-tops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliance.. The beachwalk area of Sandpiper Cove is located at the front of the complex which allows you to walk to the beach in just a few short minutes. Beachwalk units are close to the largest pool, hot tub area, and putting greens at Sandpiper Cove. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, a restaurant, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

It was a very nice condo! The location was perfect, very easy to get to the beach. My boys really enjoyed the golf course as well. It was a pleasant surprise that chair service was included. I would recommend a new/better dryer. It was nice to have a washer/dryer, but our stuff didn't get dry or it took a very long time. Also, the dishwasher needs to be screwed in.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! This condo has easy access to the beach and the pool. The rooms/beds were perfect for us- twin beds for our preteen boys with their own bathroom, then the master suite with a king size bed, private balcony and bathroom!
Nothing was extravagant but it all suited its purpose very well. I didn't worry about every move my kids made!
Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Destin!
