Superb

Staff is great! Dinner is also superb, you can choose something out of 3 meals + soup and dessert. Rooms have everything you need and inside them is nicely warm. Parking spot is also a plus.

The distance from the gondola is not really walking one when you are in ski boots. Also, for the price breakfast could be better with larger variety of food.

Great hosts

The room was spacy, the food was good. Dinner was home made, freshly prepared, variety of salads offered. Similar for breakfast. We only asked if they might have milk without lactose on Sunday. As they did not have it, the lady host went and got it from the neighbours. Astonoshing. The personel was friendly, trustfull. I also liked the cosy spirit in the restaurant where domestic people from the village were getting together.

Great winter vacation

We were staying there with a 3y kid and enjoyed every minute of it. Buffet breakfast is rich while for dinner homemade and delicious food was served. Room was spacious, cozy and cleaned daily. Hosts were great, communication with them was easy, they tend not to complicate and give you all the information in a fast and concrete manner. Great stay which we highly recommend.

Good value in Tröpolach

The spa area and the bathroom very very nice. The room was OK too but it (and the dining room) could do with some decoration to make it more cozy. A plus for the size of the TV, which could be viewed from across the room. The food was good but nothing to write home about.

Perfect place for motorbike tourers.

Everything was perfect: - modern interior - well maintained buildings - big shower cabin - garage for the motorbike - 3 course menu for dinner. And the owner family was really kind and helpful.

Good dinner options and taste good.

No balcony no view no terrace which was advertised. Our room was on the ground floor with the view of the car park all around. Room.itself rather outlived long-gone glory and everything looks rather old. I didn't enjoy the weird choice of breakfast.

Skvělý penzion v Tröpolachu

Velmi přátelský a ochotný personál, vždy vyhověl našim požadavkům. Ubytování bylo čisté, na pokoj nám každý den přišla úklidová služba, doplnila mýdlo, ustlala a vyměnila ručníky. Samotný pokoj byl ve velmi dobrém a čistém stavu, vše funkční, pokoje byly příjemně vytopené. Každý den od 15:30 do 19:00 byla k dispozici v objektu sauna. Večeře byly velmi chutné a porce velké.

Ke snídani by mohlo být na výběr z více možnosti. (např. párky, slanina, lívance atd.)

Perfektní volba pro lyžaře – skvělá kuchyně, ochotný personál a strategická poloha u sjezdovky.

Oceňujeme výbornou kuchyni a čisté, klidné prostředí penzionu. Skvělým bonusem byla sauna, která byla také velmi čistá a dobře funkční po dni stráveném na sjezdovce. Umístění ubytování je vynikající, s možností pohodlně dojít pěšky k lanovce Millenium Express Planai, odkud je snadný přístup do ski areálu.

Tolle Lage, kleine Garage für das Motorrad, Sehr nette Inhaber. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon.

Ein zweites Kissen als Standard wäre schön. Bettdecke könnte etwas dicker und comfortabler sein.

Celkově velmi doporučujeme, naprosto perfektní čistota kam se podíváte, útulné pokoje, strava.

Oceňujeme kvalitní stravu, všechno vždy čerstvé. Vynikající lokalita v blízkosti lanové dráhy Milleniumexpres-od penzionu stanice vzdálena chvilkovou příjemnou procházkou. Paní domácí velmi příjemná a vstřícná, když dle mého zvyku u snídaně něco chybělo-ihned vyřešeno k mé spokojenosti, což se hned tak nevidí.

Možná kouření na balkonech, někomu vadit vůbec nebude, ale pro nás nekuřáky zvláště v takovém čistém horském prostředí-voňavém vzduchu nám prostě vadí cigaretový kouř při otevřeném ventilačním okně-pozor to není problém penzionu, ale tohle se vám stane všude.
