For 3 people, it is spacious. The location is also convenient—center of Ximending and near MRT. The room is also somewhat clean. The bed and comfort room are clean but some parts were left dusty. The towels and bedsheets seem clean but have no fragrance. Aircon takes time to cool the place but not much of a bother as it was not that hot during our stay. Only wish is to have it running still when we go out but the keycard is needed for that. We were only there mostly to rest so we were not able to look around other facilities, if any, but should it be of concern, their elevator works fine. There is also a water refilling station, weighing scale for your luggage, and complimentary maps to take as souvenir or guide during your stay. It is a self-check-in hotel so we did not have any encounters with their staff. We also missed having our room cleaned as we forgot to post the signage outside our door—they have a policy on when and how to avail their cleaning services. Overall, I still think its a good spend of money given the location and if your intention is to just have a place to stay after a day out exploring Taiwan.
