Great views, nicely equipped, but the stairs are a bit of a grind

Unacceptable hygiene and zero hospitality for a rip-off price
The view is nice, but definitely not worth it to spend any time or money on this apartment, where literally everything lacked and I also totally missed any sign of hospitality by the owner.
- The place is really dirty, despite the actual Covid situation. We had to clean the dishes before we could use them, the toilet seat was yellowish, the coffee makers had molt insight, the floor was not cleaned, there was dust on all the shelves, the windows looked as if they have not been cleaned in months, fatty finger prints on the glass walls around the bed.
- The apartment is tiny
- The bedroom height is 1-1.2m (3.2-3.9 feet)! Even with body size of 1.6 m you have to kind of crawl down to get to the stairs, which are very narrow and have to handrail to hold on. When you lie in the bed, the ceiling is right over you.
- The apartment is full of notes with threats that you will be charged extra if you block the toilet or if you do not bring down your waste on the last day etc. - personally, seeing threats everywhere, does not really lighten up my holidays..
- The company who rents the place could not be bothered to show up at the apartment with the keys. Very impersonal and they are also too suspicious to leave keys in a box.
- We had to walk to another company and pick-up the keys from a rather dodgy and not-at-all friendly guy who wanted us to sign a rental contract in Italian language, which I don't think is legal, because we made the agreement via booking.com

Ganz tolle Wohnung, sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort, leider zwielichtig wirkende Eigentümerschaft/Agentur im Hintergrund
Wunderschönes Mini-Apartment in super Lage, grandiose Aussicht. Der wenige Platz wurde beim Umbau mit viel Geschick und Geschmack und guten Ideen für Details realisiert. Unkonventionell ist die schöne Lösung mit dem futonartigen Bett auf dem Küchenblock. Wir fanden die Wohnung genial! Der Kontakt zur zuständigen Person vor Ort war sehr freundlich.
Leider wird der super Eindruck der genialen Wohnung und der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin vir Ort stark getrübt durch vermeidbare Dinge, die uns das Gefühl gaben, dass die Vermietungsagentur sehr profitorientiert ist und kaum Interesse daran hat, die Wohnung gut instand zu halten und den Gästen ein gutes Erlebnis zu garantieren.
1. Ein völlig absurdes Kommunikationssystem nervt schon vor der Anreise, weil es - parallel zur Komm. auf Booking - ständig erneute Eingaben fordert und einen mit Whatsapps überflutet und am Ende in einen (unnötigen) „Vertrag“ mit der Agentur Wonderful Italy drängt, in dem man zustimmen soll, dass alle persönlichen Daten (zuvor war z.B. erneut eine Ausweiskopie gefordert worden, wobei z.B. in D das Kopieren und senden von Ausweiskopien nicht erlaubt ist) an eine nicht kommunizierte Liste von Drittfirmen weitergegeben werden (diese Liste könne man per Mail anfordern). Das wirkte nervig, intransparent und zwielichtig, zumal ja über Booking ein ausreichender Vertrag bestand. 2. Die Spülmaschine ist kaputt, an ihr klebt ein uralter, verblichener Zettel, dass sie ausser Betrieb ist, es stimmt also nicht, wenn hier auf Booking in Kommentar-Antworten der Firma geschrieben steht, das Problem sei gelöst. Auch die anderen Vorschläge von Gästen hier werden nicht aufgenommen, auch wenn man das in den Antworten auf die Kommentare hier behauptet. 3. Dass es z.B. weder Spülschwamm noch Geschirrtuch gibt (obwohl in zahlreichen Kommentaren darum gebeten wurde, man aber alles gespült hinterlassen muss, zeugt davon, dass hier wirklich jeder Cent eingespart wird. 4. Die Heizung war kaputt (der Boiler-Druck fällt ständig ab), wir hatten zeitweise 14,7 Grad in der Whg., allerdings war die Kontaktperson vir Ort sehr bemüht, uns wurde auch eine Ermässigung in Aussicht gestellt, die dann aber nicht gewährt wurde und uns war es zu blöd, erneut nachzufragen oder uns erneut dem katastrophalen Kommunikations-System mit Wonderful Italy hinzugeben. 5.

Schöne Aussicht mit unschönen Begleiterscheinungen
Die Aussicht ist toll - auch der Balkon (wenn auch sehr schmal). Camogli ist ein hübscher Ort, wo man gut 3 Nächte verweilen kann.
Achtung. Mit schwerem Gepäck sind die vielen, sehr steilen Treppen kaum zu schaffen. Aergerlich ist, dass die Bilder einen falschen Eindruck vermitteln. So gibt es kein separates Schlafzimmer; alles in einem Raum. Man muss in Schlafzimmer eine Todestreppe hinauf- und hinabsteigen und kann im Zimmer nicht stehen. Vieles ist ein wenig klebrig, nicht sauber geputzt. Die Waschmaschine ist defekt. Abtrockungstücher und Lappen gibt es nicht - man muss sie selber kaufen. Das Web ist unzuverlässig; liegt aber wohl nicht am Apartment.

Plusieurs fenêtres et vue différentes.
L’agencement de l’appartement tres bien
Pensé sobre ,moderne et de bon gout.
Le soucis du détail pour le confort de l’hôte .
Camolgi en general :plein de charme et tranquille en hiver( appart bien chauffé à votre grés luminosité au top)
Matelas directement sur le sol de la mezzanine: un peu dur.

Magnifique vue sur la mer
La vue fantastique sur le port, la luminosité et le balcon. L’appartement est très bien rénové, il est propre et bien équipé, et il était bien chauffé. Accueil impeccable.
Le lit sur la mezzanine. L’escalier est raide et l’espace restreint.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Aussicht, war gemütlich und Komfortabel.
Tolle Aussicht auf dem Balkon der Wohnung. Moderne Wohnung, sogar mit Regendusche. Sogar Klimaanlage in der Wohnung. Gemütlich, praktisch eingerichtet.
Es hatte eine Küche aber kein Abtrock Tuch und Waschlappe, Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert. Bett hatte keinen Lattenrost. Nur Matratze auf dem Boden.
