After a very disappointing experience at another property, staying at Sur Porto was a huge relief. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. He allowed us to check in early without hesitation, showed us around the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. Every room has air conditioning and he had already turned it on before we arrived, so the apartment was cool and comfortable from the moment we walked in. He had even left cold bottles of water in the fridge for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated after travelling in the summer heat. The apartment was comfortable and exactly what we needed. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
