About this apartment rental

The apartment is located exactly on the small port of Camogli.
The house has just been renovated and is a real gem overlooking the sea.
Unique in its kind, it is depicted in almost all the images of the country.
The apartment consists of a large living area with a French window on the balcony that directly overlooks the port, a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
Both bathrooms have spacious showers. The main room has a double bed and the second room (communicating with the double room) has two single beds.
In the living room there are two sofa beds which bring the number of available seats to 6.
The location of the apartment is extremely convenient for both restaurants and shops and for the beaches.

Great location! Wonderful view. Clean. Only 1 A/C in the living room. And the longest, steepest, narrowest stairs to the front door I have ever seen. But it did help burn off all the gelato!

Good location, good kitchen, characterful furniture, two bathrooms, easy walk to anywhere in Camogli and right next to the ferries to go further. Excellent focaccia, ice cream, wine shop and a little general shop with 2 mins walk. Extremely close to the beach. There was a heatwave and the single air conditioning unit in the living room wasn’t powerful enough really. The stairs up are very very steep, which was fine for us but would work with young kids or elderly people. Overall a good stay and good value.

Our family of 4 visited Camogli for one week I. August 2022. Amazing location with beautiful views, Wi-Fi, great restaurants , beach, port. Everything you could want. I’m a bit of a clean freak and found it fine. A few things were worn but gave the apartment charm. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet (zwei neue Bäder) und interessant geschnitten: auf zwei Ebenen gibt es verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten mit reizvollen Ausblicken auf Hafen, Altstadt oder Meer. Ebenso die Lage hat uns und unseren größeren Kindern sehr gefallen: wer gerne mitten im Leben eines ital. Städtchens wohnen will, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Dadurch kann es auch einmal nachts etwas länger laut sein. Einziger Nachteil ist die Parksituation: Parkplätze sind rar und weit weg, so dass das Gepäck etwas beschwerlich zur Wohnung gebracht werden muss. Wir haben das Auto daher die Tage über auch nicht mehr benutzt.

Wohnung war genauso wie auf Foto. Super Lage mit Blick auf Hafen. Camogli ist eine lebhafte Hafenstadt, abends und nachts entsprechende Geräusche, also Stimmen die sich bemerkbar machen auch im Schlafzimmer, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Die "Zentralheizung" besteht aus drei Elekto-Öfchen. Da das Klima in aller Regel mild ist, kommt man damit aus. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, alles fussläufig, unkompliziert und der Blick auf den Hafen und aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer aus ist einmalig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit genialen Blick auf den Hafen. Für alle die Meer , Lebendigkeit eines kleinen italienischen Städtchens, gutem Essen und Wandermöglichkeiten lieben sehr zu empfehlen. Die ortsansässigen Italiener sind trotz der vielen Touristen noch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings sind die Treppen in Camogli und in der Wohnung sportlich und daher für Leute mit Geheinschränkungen oder Kinderwagen eher ungeeignet. Für uns mit unseren 2 fast erwachsenen Kindern war es genial.

L'appartamento è servito di ogni occorrente, centralissimo con una vista mare eccezionale. La sig.ra che ci ha accolti è stata squisitamente gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio dista pochi metri. Vacanza oltre le aspettative.

Il nome della casa è decisamente azzeccato!

Il nome della casa è decisamente azzeccato!

Gioiello - decisamente il modo giusto per descrivere la casa e soprattutto la sua posizione. Affittata a Agosto 2018 - Casa ristrutturata da poco quindi bagni, cucina e pavimenti praticamente nuovi. Ottima dotazione di stoviglie e accessori per cucina. Visto il caldo ottima la presenza del condizionatore. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, stendini e tutto quello che serve per vacanze "lunghe". Ombrellone per la spiaggia in dotazione! Bella idea! Persona che consegna e ritira le chiavi super disponibile e cordiale. Posizione pazzesca, assolutamente da provare. Punti deboli, ma assolutamente secondari: - parcheggio: comodo per il carico, scarico se si arriva la mattina entro le 13, poi chiude la ZTL e in generale a Camogli è molto difficile trovare un posto dove lasciare l'auto - scale di accesso decisamente ripide, tipiche di Camogli. Meglio saperlo per organizzare cosa portare e cercare di stare "leggeri" con i bagagli Senza dubbio casa consigliata.
