Beautifully Appointed 4BR/3BA Condominium - Overlooking the Gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast!
"Lime Pie" occupies the entire second floor of a three-floor building, giving it a "house-like" feel, with no neighbors on either side. Upon entering this open-concept unit, you will immediately notice the gulf's emerald waters through all the windows, the natural light touching every corner, and the breathtaking views!
The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and opens to a good-sized dining/family room. There is plenty of seating in the family room and dining area for the whole family. You and your family will love enjoying the gorgeous views of the gulf from anywhere in this open-concept space! Off of the family room, you will notice the large, private gulf-front balcony. This balcony is the perfect spot to start your day with your morning coffee or end it with your evening nightcap. The views cannot be beaten!!
While staying at "Lime Pie," you will also enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY beach chair and umbrella set-up on the condo's private beach (Beach chair set up seasonally March 1- October)!! You may also take advantage of the community pool, where the kids can cool down after a long day in the sun! We are a group of retired school teachers who have traveled to the beaches of 30A for 28 consecutive fall getaways. We've rented a plethora of condos and houses during those trips and have declared Lime Pie our absolute favorite. So roomy, perfect location and views and so well stocked! We prepared a Friendsgiving meal and had everything we needed. The ice maker is a huge bonus. The only thing we had any issue with was the can opener. It needs replacing!

Thank you to the owners of Key Lime! Your beach rental is amazing! The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and every inch had all of the comforts of home! The furnishings in all of the bedrooms are so comfortable and beautiful. There is plenty of sitting room in the living area and in the balcony! Thank you for the bra memories we will bring home with us! We would love to come back and stay again!!

Great unit (aside from those noisy, unjoined, dirty wood floors), which is in need of a deep cleaning more in depth than the routine. Beauiful views, stained fabric furniture. Great location and amenities, bed linens were dirty and had to be requested for fresh ones. Lovely beach, plenty of bad smells in unit (smoke, animal urine in corner of living room, mildew in washer). Wonderful matresses and pillows, mold in the ice maker and coffee machines (Meile essprresso macine has broken milk frother...don't include it if it doesnt work). Included items like chairs and umbrellas were super, but the dead bold on interior stairs door doesnt lock making us feel unsafe, which we communicated in text to manager, but didnt get fixed during our stay, and the vacuum was NASTY full of god knows what and could not be used......the dichotomies abound. Overall we were able to make it work, but would never pay $8k for something like this again, UNLESS it could be cleaned properly....really cleaned. Really, the fabric furniture must go, and being in the residential rental business also, I would recommend leather or bonded leather (pleather) for a high traffic rental. Clean it up...and I mean not just a once over, a scrub the floors and move the furniture cleaning...I have loads of pictures if you like, so I can illustrate what I'm talking about. Thanks again.
