ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to 30A Beach Music, a luxury multi-level beach home nestled on the south side of 30A steps from the sand in the heart of Seagrove known for its stunning beaches and charming coastal atmosphere! Perfect for large groups or families looking to enjoy coastal ambiance and luxury amenities. Featuring 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens coupled with outdoor entertainment space and a heated pool, there's ample room for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests can explore the natural beauty of the coastline, take leisurely strolls along the shore, or simply bask in the tranquility of seaside living. With 6 bikes and a golf cart, 30A is your oyster so come explore Seagrove and the nearby coastal communities of Seaside, Alys, and Rosemary beaches!
ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants like Surfing Deer and Market Cafe. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride west will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east and you can find yourself at The Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach or want a different experience.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The location really cannot be beat. The walk to the beach is 90 seconds and the private beach and walkway were great.The amenities are also top notch. The pool was one of the biggest private ones we saw and the bikes and golf cart were fantastic to have. The amount of space is also great. We had 9 people and I never felt we didn't have enough room.The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is I did feel like they rely on their location a bit and let some other items slide. I thought it was weird we didn't have a check in book, having it in email made it difficult to share. I also thought the kitchen was lacking and maybe it was because it was spread across 2 kitchens, but it's always nice to have some staples so you aren't needing to buy oil, salt and pepper for 1 week.It was also frustrating that I asked if they had a pack n play for my youngest and they said no, so we had a family member bring one then when we got to the house, a pack n play was stored in 1 of the rooms.These are all small items but I expect a bit more when spending well over 10k for a week.But overall would recommend based on everything the house had to offer

We loved everything about the house - cleanliness, plenty of linens and towels, very roomy for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and cleaning supplies. The house has a wonderful outdoor space, beautiful pool that we used every day. Excellent location for us...close to beach and seaside. The free bonfire night was PERFECT! We needed to contact 30a beach girls and received a quick response. We would definitely stay here again and again. October is magical here! Thank you Hollie, Joy and Briana.

Everything was amazing for our much needed getaway. The home is located in Seagrove Beach not far from Seaside and very close to the beach just a few steps! And its a private one. Everyone at 30a Beach Girls were extremely responsive and made everything from check in to check out seamless including dropping off our groceries! Would definitely stay again!

Wow! I can't even begin to describe this vacation without starting with a huge Wow! The 30A Beach Girls ensured that we had everything we could possibly need. From decorations and a beautiful cake to countless thoughtful surprises, they went above and beyond. Our beach equipment was ready, the pontoon rental was organized, bonfires were set up, and we had the incredible Chef Will that cooked two meals for us. Every detail was meticulously covered, and nothing was left to chance. I can't praise 30A Beach Girls enough—no beach trip will ever compare to this one. Thank you so much for a fantastic family weekend! Highly recommended!
