About this house rental
Located Gulf Side in Seagrove within the gated Majestica Beach subdivision, Stargazer is a wonderful beach retreat that's less than a 2-minute walk to the beach and right across from the community pool. Star Gazer also comes with free seasonal beach setup!
This is a great location to bike or ride to shops, dining and entertainment between Seaside and Rosemary Beach while you explore all of South Walton's unique communities.
The vacation home's main level is an open floor plan with a spacious living room including a large TV and game table. This main floor also includes the dining area and kitchen as well as a full bathroom, queen bedroom and laundry area. Outside you'll find an outdoor shower to help get rid of all that beach sand and a charcoal grill for your BBQ dinners. And of course you're just a few steps from the community pool and just a few more to your beach access!
The 2nd Floor includes the other 3 bedrooms of the home plus some beautiful balconies overlooking the area. The crow's nest on the 3rd Floor features built-in seating with a mini fridge and wet bar area plus a TV. The deck of the crow's nest is a great place for your morning cup of coffee or a cocktail while you are relaxing and enjoying the night sky. The views from up here are simply amazing.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, sleeper sofa, balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV, balcony access.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks, TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share hallway bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.
Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.
Your stay at Stargazer comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The location was close to everything with beach access being practically right outside the front door. Would love to go back when the weather or is more cooperative.

We came with our extended family (6 adults, 3 toddlers, one baby) and there was plenty of space for all of us! Super close walk to the beach, walkable to some restaurants and a quick drive to others. Would highly recommend for a big family!!

This was our eighth year at Stargazer. The house and the amenities are always great and Benchmark are always helpful and great as well. The only issue is the increased usage of the property and beach. In the beginning, the property was just Majestica Beach and the beach was not crowed. The people on the beach were friendly and we saw the same people from year to year. Now multiple properties across the street have been granted access to the beach by the property owners (for a hefty fee I am sure) and the beach has become packed. There are people with loud music constantly competing with each other to where you cannot even hear the waves. In addition, the language is not something that I want my grandchildren to hear. On two occasions there were almost fights between people right around where we were. With multiple F bombs and threats to "whoop your a$$ being thrown about. To politely ask them to watch the language would have been a major mistake on my part. Drastic change to the past and we really never felt safe on the beach after these events. We will not be staying here again due to the safety issue. It is really sad as this was almost like a second home.
