Living Room: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room in an open-concept layout. With 2 couches and 2 additional high-end accent chairs, there is plenty of space for everyone to spend time together and enjoy the natural light that floods in from the wall of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is located downstairs, just past the kitchen. Fresh and full of natural light, this bedroom features a king-size bed, high-quality luxury bedding, a smart TV mounted on the wall, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in marble shower which comes complete with two shower heads: one stationary and one removable for ease and convenience.
Half Bathroom #6: This half bath is located right off the kitchen and dining room area for convenience.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom #2: The bunk room can easily accommodate 6 guests by offering a full/full bunk and twin/twin bunk. All beds have high-quality, luxurious bedding. -This is a NON-smoking property.
Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.
Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.
Parking:

Such a great house. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location, right on beach. Had a slight issue with bathroom shower faucet, they responded quickly. Rooms were very clean.We had a great time!!

Location was great- easy bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound. Great view of water from third floor balcony. House was clean but very worn. Furniture was stained, rugs were worn. The sheets were cheap and the bath towels truly all needed to be thrown away. They were rough, discolored and in terrible shape (& that is such an easy fix)! Golf cart did not work even though it showed a full charge so it was unusable. There is no A/C control on the second level where 3 of the 5 bedrooms are located and the air on the first floor would never get lower than 73’- it made for tough sleeping conditions.
