Seagrove, Amazing Gulf Views, Great Beach Access, Heated Pool, Pup Friendly

Perfect location! Steps to the beach. One mile to Seaside restaurants and shops an easy bike ride. Private pool was a game changer. Spacious rooms. Loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing to the sound of the ocean.

What a wonderful week at the beach! The host was fantastic. Highly recommend. You can't beat the location. The property was fantastics for our group. We will be back!

We had an amazing vacation at this house! The location and set up of the house are 10/10! Steps from beach public access and umbrella/chair rentals. A moms and daughters trip, the layout couldn’t have been any better where girls could stay on the first floor with access to their own living room and kitchen and moms in the 2nd/3rd floor bedrooms with living room and kitchen and a place where we could all be together. You can see the ocean from the third floor balcony! The place was relatively well stocked but plan to bring basics like toilet paper, salt/pepper, beach towels. And bath towels were not in abundance. Also, outdoor furniture of a house this size was limited. Things went a little sideways with the owner Kevin when we discovered that someone had peed in one of the queen bunk beds prior to our visit. One of our girls told us it smelled bad. I immediately stripped the bed and there was a big urine stain on the mattress cover. I washed all of the bedding hoping to resolve the issue but the mattress had already been impacted and the bed was unusable. Kevin’s lack of response was the shocking part. He slowly responded to my message about the issue and essentially denied that it had happened saying that he’s had the same cleaning crew for 8 years at this house and they’ve never had a problem. This even after I sent him a photo of the urine stain on the mattress cover. He could have sent someone to the house to validate but chose not to. Home great, Kevin disappointing.

The house was great for an extended family week. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchens were well equipped with pots and pans and kitchen tools and everything worked, including the icemaker, although there were no basics like salt and pepper, oil, etc., so bring your own. Access to the beach was super easy. Our only problem was the slow wifi—it struggled to run any of the tv apps—but otherwise fantastic.
