The living room is a great gathering place equipped with comfortable furniture and a large, wall-mounted, flatscreen TV with cable–the perfect place for lazy afternoons or movie nights with the whole family. You'll also find a private elevator, two full kitchens, two full laundry rooms, a game room (with a pool table, poker table, and bar), a furnished deck and balconies, and a private fishing/crabbing dock. As for sleeping options, this home offers six cozy bedrooms including two rooms on the lower-level, three rooms on the top-floor (one of which has a private balcony), and one easy access bedroom on the main-level with en suite bath and private access out to the back patio and dock.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: The bulkhead is 100’, so lengthwise it will accommodate most boats. Depth is about 4 feet at low tide.

There are plans for the army corps of engineers to dredge the commercial harbor soon I believe which may increase the depth.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
