The stay was average overall. The aircon in our initial room was not cooling properly, but the staff assisted us and moved us to another room. The aircon was better in the new room, although it still became quite hot during the afternoon. The hallways were also noticeably warm. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheets did not seem to be cleaned properly, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. We appreciated the staff’s effort in changing our room, but better air-conditioning and housekeeping would have made the stay much more comfortable.
