This was excellent accommodations. We had everything that we needed and then some. The fire pit was a bonus feature. We will definitely plan to stay at this location in the future!!

More like 3.5 stars. Negatives: I found 2 unlocked windows upon checking in, one of them being broken with the inability to shut all the way. I called management re: this issue. Upon checking the windows, I got a face full of dust from the mini blinds on each window that haven’t been dusted for months. The main bedroom closet shelves were also super dusty. This is where they kept clean linens, which were all only 75% dry. Yuck. There was a loose seal on the toilet in the main bathroom and dripped literally every second, & refilled every 10 minutes. There was no way the cleaning crew did not notice this as it was super loud, disappointed this was not taken care of before my stay. I also had to call property mngmt re: this issue. The main bath & kitchen were clean but very outdated. The ice maker does not work. The neighborhood is so so. It’s also a SMH moment when you pay a large cleaning fee but have to strip all the sheets, gather all the linens and place them in the laundry room, take out all the garbage, & run the dishwasher before leaving. Positives: the furnishings were mostly updated and comfortable, & generally clean. The location was central to Robinson Preserve, Bradenton Beach, IMG Academy, Riverwalk, & small restaurants & grocery (however walkable to nothing). The TVs in each room were nice. Beach equipment was available to use. In my profession as a home stager I have set up several rentals for my clients so I know what to expect. This property can do better.
