This modern, month and long term seasonal rental home has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and passes the day by the bay on this canal front low maintenance vacation site. The modern kitchen with full amenities is part of the larger living room kitchen combination open floor plan. The Gulf of America is walking distance just over the Cortez Bridge to the sugar sands of Bradenton Beach and all it's vacation joy filled sun and fun! Or choose to seek the occasional dolphin and manatee visits in the relaxing setting of the beautifully hardscaped & turfed canal front backyard. Perhaps even drop in a fishing line or two and catch your dinner on the dockside!
