Cozy on the Canal is a hidden 2-bedroom gem, nestled off of Cortez Rd. on the San Remo canals. Located minutes from Anna Maria Island, this is your own slice of paradise with views of palm trees and even the canal.
We offer a vacation home feeling with all the amenities that you would expect in your own home. This condo is lived in half the year, so is optimized for long-term guests.
There is a beautiful patio and Gazebo with a firepit and a dock you can fish from.
Cozy on the Canal has two bedrooms with queen size beds, closets and dressers while the living room couch converts into a full size bed. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook and has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and water boiler. You can take advantage of the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. The living room TV has Roku with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Spectrum. Unit has a newly installed crisp air conditioning unit!
Enjoy outdoor seating on the terrace, as well as on the Gazebo at the canal. Enjoy beautiful sunsets. You can even launch your own kayaks and paddleboards from the dock.
The condo is close to restaurants and shopping in both directions. You can walk right along the canal to the Cortez Clam Factory for the famous Saturday night Steak Dinners. We are only 10 minutes from IMG Academy and GT Bray Park and Recreation Center. Daily and one month memberships are conveniently available for a fee to access the fitness center and tennis and pickleball courts at GT Bray.
