Inside, you’ll find an open living area with comfortable seating, smart TVs, and plenty of room to gather. The layout works especially well for families, with flexible sleeping spaces and a relaxed, easygoing flow ...throughout the home.
Step outside and the property opens into a private tropical escape. Enjoy a heated pool (optional), shaded lounging areas, and a full outdoor cooking setup featuring a gas grill, Big Green Egg, and smoker. A large picnic table makes group meals easy and memorable under the Florida sky.
The neighborhood is known for its natural beauty and wildlife, including bright green parrots, ospreys, hawks, and occasional bald eagle sightings—giving the home a true “Old Florida” feel.

If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. Temps were a little cool so the heated pool in the backyard was nice, we had a couple of things that we needed once we arrived and checked things out but they had someone there the next day! Would stay here again convenient location to run across the bridge and go to the beach and watch the sunsets!!!

Water didn’t drain in tub. Very low water pressure in back bathroom. People showing up most days to shock pool needs to be done when you don’t have people staying showing up to water plants. It was like they were spying on you!!! Floors really need a good mopping feet got black just walking across them.. house was really pretty just needs a little work. Nice guite neighbor hood.
