This is a really nice unit with plenty of room and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice gas fireplace, nice balconies, a garage, TV and internet service, and laundry machines. Everything worked as it should. Close to beach, bay, boardwalk and attractions.
It’s sad that the unit is not well maintained or very clean. There was mold on the ceiling of the master bath shower and under the door, as well as in the hall shower. The floors were grimy, sticky and gritty. We bought cleaning supplies and a mop just to make it comfortably clean. Several of the bed comforters/quilts needed to be washed. There was actually trash (snack wrappers, medicine wrappers, a used tissue) in and under the living area couch and beds. Every floor mat in the bathrooms and kitchen was so dirty we rolled them up and put them away in the cabinets. It appears that the cleaning staff just wiped down main surfaces. The owner would not give us the garage opener code so we couldn’t use it without having someone walk around the whole building to open it from the inside, so we mainly used street parking. Most of the windows were unlocked when we arrived.
