Spacious modern room, clean, nice shower, amazing location, great facilities and great staff - easy to contact on WhatsApp.
Not soundproof as we heard noise in corridor/reception area. Pillows weren’t comfy.

The staff was very helpful and they were very friendly.
The location is only 5 mins to fontana di trevi.

Location. Easy access. Clean
We informed the hotel in advance about our sensitivity to perfumes and chemical smells, and specifically requested a room without scented cleaning products. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the room had a strong artificial fragrance (from curtains, furniture, and the overall environment).
We were unable to sleep at all during the first night due to the smell, and my wife’s condition worsened to the point that she had to seek medical attention.
To their credit, the staff responded the next morning and changed our room, which we appreciated.
However, more attention should be paid to such important guest requests, especially when clearly communicated in advance.
