The apartment is spacious and modern. The decor is beautiful and practical. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for everyone to use. The bathtub and shower rooms were also very nice. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need.

These ARE NOT dislikes, but something that would have made my score a 10: - the vacuum cleaner is a little heavy so a broom and dustpan would have been helpful for day to day use - instruction for how to use the washing machine

The location is fantastic. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms are lovely.

We didn’t receive check in information until after our check in time, which was very stressful on a freezing winter day after a long day of traveling.

No breakfast provided. Location very average

Communication with host shocking. We received no communication about access to property. No signage out side property other than street number. Buzzer outside building had no name or floor level on it. We ended up phoning to get get code for apartment and to find out which floor. No information in the apartment on anything. No code for safe. Repeatedly called to ask for information and told it would be emailed. Never happened. Worst neglect of customer experience I have ever had from all over the world. Only communication was when we were expected to vacate the premises. No lift luggage had to be hauled up the equivalent to one and a half floors. Shocking
