Das Ixyz ist ein geräumiges Ferienhaus mit einem großen Wohnbereich, modernster Haustechologie, einem großen Badezimmer, zwei separaten Toiletten. Bahn- und Busanbindung und ein Konbini sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben uns im Ixyz sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Nachbarn sind anscheinend schwierig, deshalb sind die diesbezüglichen Hinweise des Vermieters unbedingt zu beachten.

部屋が綺麗ですごい満足でした。 こちらに泊まらせていただく前に、熱海に旅行に行った際に似たところのホテルにとまったのですが、そこが酷すぎて、今回もひどいのか心配していたのですか、すごい綺麗で設備が揃っていて心配しないで宿泊ができました！
一つあげるとしたらネットワーク関係(Wi-Fi)が少し悪かったなと思いました。

清潔でゆっくり滞在することができました。 ビールやお水、お菓子もありがとうございました。
2階の音が響くのとそれがお隣のお家に響いてないのか気になりました。立地が住宅地でなければ音や声をもう少し気にせず滞在できたと思います。

食事するスペースや寝室が広く、とても使い勝手がよかったです。 アメニティも充実していて助かりました。ベビーカーまでご用意くださり、ありがとうございました。
子連れだったため、バスタブがあればなお良かったとは思います。 それ以外は全て良かったです。
