公共空間（客廳廚房）夠大、規劃很讚，浴室設備很棒，房子整體很乾淨，提供的東西都足夠
電壓不穩定，很容易跳電。一樓房間以外的空間有點太冷，住一樓的人很容易感冒。日本冬天有點太乾燥，又要開暖氣，如果有提供加濕器會更貼心。

The host is very fast to response to our queries and the place is very clean and tidy. Very near the station and very convenient to get food and groceries from MaxValu. Though o the bathroom on the third floor is a bit cramped, but we have all the things we need.

綺麗に清掃されていた。
鍵の案内が来た写真と実際の鍵が違っていて中々入れませんでした。
調理器具、皿、箸、アメニティなどもう少し詳しく
前日人数を8→10人と金瑞軒さんに連絡入れて了解してもらったのに、実際タオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシなど８人分しかなく困った。２人追加分はお渡ししたが、納得はいかず損をした気分になった。
