地點位於鄰近名古屋車站的市中心，步行約十分鐘，交通還算便利。
這間民宿的建築是西曬，第一天下午約三四點抵達時，因屋內尚未開啟空調，像進入三溫暖烤箱一般，每個人的衣服都徹底濕透了，怕熱的人會很難受。 屋內的環境整潔、很乾淨，但缺點是有太多小擺設、裝飾品，這次同行的有一歲多的孩子，要隨時擔心會去抓取物品或摔壞，有點讓人緊張。 二樓廁所的門把有點損壞，難以關上，建議可以檢查維修。

鍵(暗証番号)のメールでの連絡がスムーズで、ロケーションもよかった。広い家にも関わらず暖房の効きが良く、お風呂も冷えなかった。
階段がちょっと急だったかも…？リビングが2階にあり、スーツケースなど大きめの荷物を持った状態だと少し怖いかもしれない。
