The location is excellent, featuring a very short walk to the subway station and short distance to Nagoya Station, with a handy convenience store and a Komeda's Coffee nearby. Out of the three vacation rentals we stayed at during this trip, this fully equipped home felt the absolute coziest. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding about our need to rearrange the mattresses for our elderly family members.

The excellent local supermarket is quite a far walk if you plan to do a lot of grocery shopping. The layout may also pose a challenge for elderly travelers, as it requires navigating stairs and includes tatami mat sleeping arrangements on both floors. But I believe you can definitely communicate that with the hosts before the trip and they will accommodate.

Complete house, very classy, with true kitchen and traditional tatami bedroom, very clean and uncluttered, next to a subway stop and grocery shops all around (as well as a nice patisserie!)

As a Westerner, I was surprised by the lack of knives and tea spoons in the kitchen appliances

とてもキレイで新築のようでした。アメニティも揃っていて、お菓子もたくさん用意されていて嬉しかったです。

洗濯機があったのですが、長さのある洗濯物をかけられるところがあったらもっとよかったです。買い出しに行けるところが少々遠いのと、道がわかりづらいので迷ってしまいました。

キッズスペースにはおもちゃがあり子供が喜んでいました。床も柔らかくなっていて壁の角にもクッションがついているところもありました。 キッズスペースのある寝室でみんなで寝ましたが、内側からドアに鍵がかけれたので安心して眠れました。 施設も全体的に綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 また施設の目の前に無料の駐車場もついていて、施設への荷物の移動もしやすかったです。
