Nice large room, nice bed, good kitchen, super size bathroom, nice view over the city. Nice that hot water came instant in the bath. It's in the downtown of Kyiv.

The king size bathtub itself have seen better days - and what is worse, it takes a very noisy pump to make sure that the water is drained away. It is only annoying for the last minute or two in the bathtub though, but for that otherwise high standard of a property it's a bit disappointing.

Location was perfect. Appartment is spacious .

Jaccuzi advertised wan't working, not enought hot water to even fill a half of bath. We found administrator in our room waiting for us to come back at around midnight without previuos notice, so privacy is at question here. She was yeling at us that we are late and she had to SLEEP! in the room until we came but we never had an appointment , or time agreed ! But she had keys and let her self in the room and waited for us to come back . Serious issue here. Apoartment needs a deep clean and updating, dangerous sockets, secured with a piece of paper.
