Місцерозташування.

Брудно (раковина у ванній кімнаті та волосся попередніх мешканців). Замало рушників, було б чудово додати ще пару для рук. У ванній запах сирості.

Розташування помешкання чудове, метро та магазини в 5 хвилинах ходьби, кавʼярня та бар прямо під будинком

Брудні ковдри та подушки (конкретно без постільної білизни), білизна була чиста

Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Company never responded to an email sent regarding where we were to collect our keys so I had to phone them and was charges £30.07 for the call from my mobile!! We had to collect keys from an office which was fine but their English was poor so we found the apartment but didn’t know the entrance was at the rear of the property so after a while we had to go in a bar and ask. Don’t understand why you are not taken to the apartment by an office worker as it is only 2 mins away. Apartment only had 1 toilet roll so we had to buy are own. There was no robes and only one pair of slippers provided. Entrance area at the back of the property had no lighting so very dark at night and felt unsafe. Communal area leading to property very dated and unkept. No fire escape or smoke alarms seen so unsafe.
